Finances - Day 9

Baby Step 2:

Look, you can do what you wanna do. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

But you asked me, so I'm gonna shoot you straight. If you wanna achieve something, youโ€™ve never achieved you need to do things youโ€™ve never done.

I know cutting out subscriptions, reducing your grocery budget, and canceling a family vacation can feel *really* uncomfortable. But we have to stop being afraid of being uncomfortable!!! When we let fear keep us from attacking our debt with intensity, we focus on what we don't get instead of what we DO get! So what do we get when we Get uncomfortable:

๐ŸŽ the Gift of Speed. Cutting expenses means more money available, which means more debt paid off faster.๐Ÿ’ธ

๐ŸŽ the Gift of Motivation. The faster we pay off debt and experience โ€œwins,โ€ the more motivation we feel to continue the journey, FAST! ๐Ÿ’จuntil completion.

๐ŸŽ the Gift of Grit. Knowing what you sacrificed to win and what you can accomplish is a well to draw from for future goals. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜ค

๐ŸŽ the Gift of Appreciation. When you work hard and sacrifice for something, you realize its true value, and youโ€™ll do whatever it takes to protect it and keep it.

๐ŸŽ The Gift of Peace. Even in the discomfort of sacrifice, there is peace in knowing โ€œI am doing my very best,โ€ ๐Ÿ˜Œand this short season of sacrifice is just thatโ€ฆ. A short season ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Anything truly worth having is worth sacrificing for. So let's embrace the

discomfort! You can do it. I believe in you!!!!!
